Banned / Abuse dispute form

If you were abused by an nG admin and you would like to report it. Follow the format below to file a dispute.

In-game Nickname: - The nickname you were using when the abuse occured.
Your SteamID: - Read How do i find my SteamID.
Game Server: - The game server you were in when it all happened? [Team Fortress 2 or Counter Strike Source]
Date & Time: - The date & around what time the incident took place? So we can look it up in the server logs.
Admin Name: - The name(s) of the admin(s) that you think were involve in the altercation.
Reason: - Give a reason of why you got banned from the server.

** If you were caught hacking don't waste your time filling a dispute.
