As some of you may have gleaned I'm an avid reader of comics (manga, American, and web), well I've already done a thread of the manga I'd recommend and I think American comics may have been included in there. So I figured I'd give you all a list of the webcomics I read regularly, feel free to tell me what you think or add your own:
Looking For Group: This is by far my favorite comic, it's about a sadistic warlock, an altruistic/naive elf, their companions, and their efforts to save the world they're in. Despite the presence of a plot it is hilarious and definitely worth a read; Jack reads this comci as well.
Emergency Exit: Just found this a week ago, it starts off really random but after a while it developes a plot; it never loses its sense of humor. It's about a bunch of kids that have to travel across dimensions, but mostly it's about Eddie and I can't say anything else without ruining the Funny.
Parallel Dementia: I found this one through Emergency Exit. There's no real comedy in it, it's a plot fueled comic set in a "dying world" where Nightmares pass through dimensional barriers. It focuses on Fall Boxer and the companions she acquires. (once again, little plot detail to avoid spoilers)
Darken: I've been reading this one for a year or two now, it's about a fellow who gets recruited by Mephistopheles to acquire these powerful artifacts, he meets up a group of "friends" and go on their way.
Zebragirl: I found this a long time ago... basic plot is that three friends find a magic tome and one of them gets turned into a demon. It starts off funny and off the wall, but eventually becomes serious and gets a plot; it updates irregularly in the worst possible way.
Fanboys: A nintendo fanboy, a sony fanboy, and a microsoft fangirl live together, it's pretty funny; he hasn't updated in a few months now, so I guess it would be "on hiatus" or possibly "dead".
VGcats: I imagine most of you know about this one, it parodies and/or comicly reviews a lot of video games.
For anyone who likes "pretty pictures" it should be noted that the art in most of these starts off significantly worse than what you'll see on the newest pages (which is where most of the links will take you)
