Poll: Are you getting Left4Dead?

I'm just wondering who is all planning on getting Left4Dead so I can find some potential teammates to escape the zombie apocalypse with. I've already pre-purchased it on Steam.

I want to pre-purchase it... and if I can I will... But I don't have a credit card, and my parents are against buying things online.

I will definitely get it though.

By going on sale I mean like $30 or something, I assume that's what Drake meant too, which won't happen for a long time, if ever. I saved $5 by pre-purchasing, so $45 instead of $50. I leave those annoying Steam pop-ups on for deals like this and to see the new games they add since I rarely check the store.

Yea I do too, and the $5 off may be enough to convince my parents it's worth using the credit card on... but they want me to check stores for games before I buy them becuase they want me to have a CD to go along with it.

I would buy it if it were on sale...maybe for christmas or something. I definitely want to play it though.

I learned to wait for games to go low on price before i get them. I got portal when it was $9.99 not that i am cheap is just games that i am not that interested in playing. There's still other games that i want to buy first before getting left 4 dead and one of the is half-life 2 episode 2.

It looks like a really cool game, but im gonna wait until all of my critics in the noob gamers forum get it and let me know how it is before i start to think about buying the game.

Orange Box ftw (I had HL2 and had beaten EP1 on a friend's account but it still cost the same as buying them all separate and I wanted Portal the most anyway... until I beat it and started playing TF2

I highly doubt it will go on sale for a long time unless it completely bombs because it's a new IP and they have to make up the $ for using most of their staff to finish it. I hope plenty of people pick it up so there will be more people to play with, but I'll be satisfied with bots for a couple play-throughs and if I'm really desperate I can always buy the game for Cloudsgirl (assuming she likes it) and there's a second player. I'm always excited for a new co-op game and this looks to be the best one to come for a while.
