Just went for my military interview. I passed. I just have to pass a PT test. This means once that is done I will be in the reserves working 2 nights a week/whenever they need me until second semester where I will be working a shit load more.
Fuck yeah.

It happens to real people. What is it now a thousand killed but many many many thousands maimed and wounded, lives destroyed.
sounds like you are commited and now you have to live up to your obligation. So when you start training remember this shit is real. You are not practicing for a football game where when you lose there is always next week.
Save a life or 10 by being the troop who is so well trained that you call some officer or NCO on a bad decision.
Learn you lessons and watch out for yourself and your buddies.
Remember assumption is the mother of all fuck-ups!! If you see something that doesn't look right it probably isn't.
