I am Nick Kitmitto, the host of Noob Gamers' website. I have been working viciously with Julio to restore the site back to normal functionality. It has been restored and it seems like everything is working correctly. I wanted to personally apologize to all of the members of Noob Gamers' for the forum downtime. We recently switched server providers and migrated everyone over to the new one. We have had a couple of problems and fortunately we've been able to get everything working and fixing every problem.

I just want to say again, sorry to the community for the recent forum downtime.

What is the SLA for this type of thing? Do you get money back for loss of service?

I can answer that pretty easily.

No..

The server was up and running, just the forum had some problems. So no SLA credit is in need here.
