I just read this article over at yahoo sports that the nfl wants to expand the football season to 18 games by eliminating 2 exibition games.

Good, the pre-season is a complete waste of time and football season always seems to go by too fast.

To many injuries in the preseason so yeah knock it down to 2 and lets get the season started.

hell yeah, im all for it. i work as medical standby for the baltimore ravens, and rather would work real games, then preseason games as i get to watch the preseason because the stadium is usually empty. atleast with expanding the season, maybe cutting preseason i can work more real games. football season is too short!!! expand

18 games is a lot considering chance of injury per game. you're going to see a lot more conservative playing.

I think it'd be great for the season to expand. . . Personally, I think pre-season is a waste of time and the season just flies by quick.

I changed my mind, the season should be only 2 games long

because it seems that the 49ers (Yes, I am a bitter 49er fan) can only win 2 games a year.

Dont worry the bears suck too. 18 games is actually a good idea, preseason is so gay anyway
