F10 Key - Don't Press IT!
If someone tells you to press the F10 key in the server don't do it. It's going to disconnect you from the server. Follow the instructions in this post

Mute Annoying Players
If there's someone in the server that is being really annoying and you would like to mute them. Follow the instructions in this post
[TF2, CS:Source] Mute players. The player will be muted in chat (text area) and from his/her microphone.
