Checking people's time played for a specific class is usually the first thing I do before I worry about hacks... someone who plays 5 hours a week and has 12 hours as sniper and is shooting everyone in the face... is probably bullshit in my mind. If they have 70 hours or 150 or whatever (yes some people have 300+ sniper hours...) then I don't even worry about it *gets out shovel*. I've played loads of FPS games but it takes a long time to get used to TF2 specifically. Anything under 30 hours is somewhat questionable to me, along with very low hours/week. I realize that some people may LAN or be in leagues, which explains a lot, but I still expect them to have played the class online at some point... that's just me though (maybe their last account got banned ;P.)

Didn't you guys talk about this on the server before? I think it was right around the time of the name change.

I find sniping to be really easy in tf2 more easier than in CS:S.

If you guys want to know when you started playing in the tf2 server check out the player stats @ gametracker.com

Erm, my original name doesn't even seem to show up. The only "Jack" that I see is "jack" with a lower case name and first seen on Jan. 28. I'm pretty sure I was on the server before that.

i will be coming up on 400 hrs. all of those 95% of those hours have been on ng. i like playing there because most of the players are honest and good people. you know who u are, most times i communicate with all of of you someway somehow. a friendly hello via voice, or the not so friendly separation of your limbs from stickys u dont see...haha.

I got orange box around the release of TF2. I hadn't played many computer games in a while and so I decided orange box was the way to go, especially since I knew TF2 had just came out so there wouldn't be hacks and such to worry about.

I don't remember exactly when I joined the NG server. It always had a good ping and was fun when I was in the mood for 2fort. I dislike instant-respawn unless I'm practicing at sniping. Anyone who wants shorter spawn times needs to learn not to die (a lesson cs:s teaches you, if you die you're going to be sitting and waiting a long time).

Anyway, I really clicked with Udders and BastardJuice, and was playing AGAINST Mire and Kooter the first time. Kooter was heavy and Mire was medic. They were just rolling through our base over and over and over. And thats when I knew "Wow, this isn't very noob-like at all!" I think I then learned a few things about stacks, then

Muwahahaha!

BJ is now in Warhammer. I'm waiting on Left 4 Dead. But TF2 was definitely a timesuck for much of the last year.
