[TF2, CS:S] Play a music sound on the MOTD - welcome screen

To play a music sound file when someone joins your server. All you need to do is un-comment the line that says //"joinserver" that's inside the "actionsoundlist.txt" file.

Connect to the server through FTP and find your way to the /cstrike/cfg/mani_admin_plugin folder and download the file called "actionsoundlist.txt" and un-comment //"joinserver". Now you need to change "joinserver.mp3" in the line "admin_plugin/actions/joinserver.mp3" to the name of the sound file you want to use [Don't forget to add the sound file .extension]. Once you are done with the "actionsoundlist.txt" file upload back to the mani_admin_plugin folder.

Now you need to upload the sound file to the /sound/admin_plugin/actions/ folder. The sound file can be a .mp3 or .wav

Restart the server to test it out...
